MEET THE TEAM

Carolyn has been in Cygnets since 2010, taking over as Manager in 2018.  Carolyn holds a first class BA (Hons) degree in Early Childhood Studies, level 5 in Leadership and Early Years Advanced Practice, and is Level 3 SENCo qualified. She has in depth knowledge of OFSTED statutory requirements and her duties include Keyperson, Designated Safeguarding Lead, Health & Safety Officer and Committee link.

Mandy joined the Cygnets team in April 2015. Mandy's responsibilities include Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, Special Educational Needs Coordinator and Key Person.

ANNIE WOOZLEY - EARLY YEARS PRACTITIONER

Annie joined the Cygnets team in 2022 having previously taught in primary school.
