MEET THE TEAM

Having been at Cygnets since 2010, Carolyn took over as Manager in January 2018.  Carolyn holds a level 5 Foundation Degree in Leadership for the Children and Young People's Workforce Early Years Advanced Practice, and has recently obtained a first class BA (Hons) in Early Childhood Studies. She has in depth knowledge of OFSTED statutory requirements and her duties include Keyperson, Designated Safeguarding Lead, Health & Safety Officer and Committee link.

Mandy joined the Cygnets team in April 2015. Mandy's responsibilities include Deputy Safeguarding Officer, Special Educational Needs Coordinator and Key Person.

ANNIE WOOZLEY - EARLY YEARS PRACTITIONER

Annie has recently joined the Cygnets team having retired as a primary school teacher in July this year. She now divides her week between helping to look after her grandchildren and working in our team.
